PEOPLE WITH CREATIVITY ROCKS IN THE JOB MARKET

I found this article in kannada magazine and I translated it in English.Spare few minutes reading this.

An Interview was conducted in a company.During the Recruitment process,All the candidates were asked to write their veiws regarding a Senario.
And the senario goes like this.

"There were 3 close friends who were working in bulding consturction.
Every day they sit together and have lunch.
one day,They were having lunch in the terrace of the buiding.
While having lunch one person out of 3 friends opened the lunch box and saw the food and he
rushed from his place and commited suicide by jumping from the buiding.

Another person opend the lunch box and after seeing the food.He too did the
same thing what the first person did.

Third person too followed the same thing what the other two did.He opened
his luch box saw the food and commited suicide by jumping from the building

once all the three commited suicide.Their wifes came to see their husband's deadbody.

First person's wife started yelling and crying and she said,"Just because the
food is not good you commited suicide.If the food is not good you should have told me
to prepare the food which you liked.I would have prepared.

Second person's wife started crying seeing the deadbody and said the same thing
what the first person's wife told.

Now Recuriter asked question to the candidates"What the third person's wife
said seeing her husband's deadbody?" and asked the candidates to write their answer's.

And Recuriter said based on the answer's which you provide you will be appointed.


After collecting the answers from all the candidates...Two candidates out of
220 candidates were selected.


And the reason that,the two candidates were selected was:

All the 218 candidates wrote the same answer what the first and second wife of the
dead person has said.

But the two candidates who were selected, their answers goes like this:

1)Third persons wife seeing the deadbody of husband said:"You only prepared the food yesterday
because I was not feeling well.Then Why dint you like that food which you had prepared

2)Third persons wife seeing the deadbody of husband said:"IF you have not liked the food you could have
exchanged the food with your collegues.



The Reason for what the two candidates got selected is,All the 218 candidates gave the same answer what the first
and second wife told.But two candidates who selected showed creativity in answering the Question.That's the reason
they got selected.

"People with creativity ROCKS in job market" .Right.
