Since I consider DIF as my organization under the leadership and guidance of Kodakkal Shivaprasad, henceforth I will refer as "Our" organization. To day I have gone though the profile of all our members. Will you be kind enough to let me know the name of eldest member of our organization and whether other than disabled persons are eligible for becoming a member of our family? Thanks, Have a nice day. - Chinmay Kar 05-08-2009
THANKING YOU SIR
I am already at your valued services. I have already sent you e-mails for cases being dealt with by me individually and for general old age disablity and disabled persons. Ecpecting to send more cases of others to you / our Disablity International Friendly Organization.-Have a nice day* Chinmaykar
But for my acute physical constraints and reasons beyond control I would have attended the conferenc scheduled to be held in Dec'09. I am really glad that such a conference is going to be held and keep my eyes on to watch the proceedings. Thanks.
" Some on dare to fight their grievances at legal corner, instead for an amicable settlement, then they always facing trouble in work spot, family corner etc. Therefore we re-think for getting success in solving their grievances with out of legal issues so that getting success in solving their grievances with amicable."
I personally agree and appreciate the feelings reflected at penultimate para of an article of K.S. A few days back I have sent a case (3) i.e." Neglect, ignorance & differential treatment to this old aged disabled person" for perusal / study. It may be seen from the presentation that issue raised on 12-03-2008 and developed multifarious issues there upon due to passage of time remains unsettled till date. Concerned office i.e. (Dr.S.K. Chakravarty cgm_kolkata@bsnl.co.in ) and their controlling head office at Delhi i.e. (CMD-BSNL cmdbsnl@bsnl.co.in ) could not even reply or refute any items referred to. I have some eminent lawyer friends both at Kolkata H.C and Delhi S.C who will deal my case without any fees. I am not interested to move my case at the floor of any court but like to settle issues by intellectual and legalistic intervention of the competent authority of the organization. For the instant case a sue motto proposal given to hold a joint meeting to settle disputes / differences is yet to be accepted. Amicable settlement of any dispute / differences had arisen between the parties are always desirable but should be at the cost of sustaining financial loss for legalistic claims.
May I request my friend K.S. to please go through the case once again sparing his valued time and advise/urge unit heads as indicated above to settle the issue through conducting a Joint meeting between the parties and duly executing a deed of settlement to close the long outstanding case. Incidentally this is a clear case of "Differential treatment to an old aged disabled person". - Chinmay Kar 23.07.2009
