In Vindhya e-infomedia, employees there earn no more than 3000-3500/- per month.That is very much true.It is a meagre salary,sufficient only for those interested in earning that much for pocket-money purpose.Those who are working to save for their future may have to forget Vindhya for time being.
This company is new.At least 3 years old.So there is no high expectation from that company as of now.No plushly decorated air-conditioned office,no freebies,no pickups/drop points (or in short word:TRANSPORT FACILTY),even breakfast,lunch/dinner are paid for by your very own pocket.By that I mean that the company itself will deduct ur salary for food expenses.What is free is tea/coffee,but it is provided on time to time basis.Not UNLIMITED,drink as u please!!!!Only the night duty employers presently enjoy the benefit of unlimited tea,but as long as the flask is either half-full or half-empty.Forget the vending machine.hat does not exist presently!
As for the working hours,forget about thinking that it is just 8 hours duty with two days off in a week.Normally it should be,not not when Vindhya has JUST started and growing.So it will take at least 5 years for it to grow rich and stabilise itself into giving its employers the benefits of luxuries that remains just a dream for those who love serving Vindhya.
The truth in fact is that u r expected to serve at least 12 hours...can be stretched to 14 hours,if neccessary unless the said certain files are not processed completely on time.But that is applicable only to the CLAIM FILE department who handles Wipro medical sheets.As for the others,well 12 hours at minimum u have to strain ur back!!!!!
They provide u with hostel facility.But what is not mentioned is that they DEDUCT ur salary for the hostel expense,including food.Dont ever think that the company pays for the accomodation.The living conditions and comforts of the hostel,well.......all depends on how well u take it!If u have the guts to stretch out ur chest and demand for the better room,u get it,otherwise live like packed sandwiches!!When I was new,for a month I stayed in a cramped room that has 4 bunker bed(lower and upper bed is called bunker bed),that means 8 girls in a room!!!!!No attached toilets,either u go down to the bathroom on ground floor,or u go up to the terrace that is not even covered from rain!!!!There is a bathroom/toilet inside the hostel compund also but all run according to the likes of the lady running it!She hates the disabled and so many politics are going on there!Most of the gals I knew had quitted to live in the other hostel where they dont feel discriminated.Some stayed back because it is just 5 mins from the office!
Many employers arent happy working for that company purely for salary reasons,working hours not withstanding.Most of them quit after 6 months quietly to join the other company that can at least pay them 6000 if not 8000/.Asking for ur experience certificate and a release letter can be a hard task with the top bosses!
The MD Pavithra Madam is very nice.So are the big bosses.I have nothing against them.I in fact,understands that the company is new and just growing so it cant expect to pay its employers the expected salary!!!So I request those who want to work just for fun,earning money only for themself as pocket expenses are only the eligible candidate to serve Vindhya at present.
