(1) India has to develop its own style of justice system, drawing from its ancient heritage and traditions, adapting it to present era, and, as something that facilitates dispute resolution in the spirit of truth and dharma, in tune with the Indian temporament of mutual accommodation and understanding, not the western style of "beat up the other party to dust" using money, power, legal tricks, high drama, behind-the-scenes string pulling etc.

Deepak Kumar - Visually challenged
This is Deepak Kumar. Scored Centum in Maths in 10th std, and Centum in Chemistry in +2. Just missed Medical seat by few marks. Joined REC, Jamshepur BE Mechanical. During 10th Std. I had lost vision for a day and regained. I was diagonized with Optic Neuritis there is no cure as of now.
I had vision problem but can manage reading and writing. In 2000, in a Bus Accident I had cut near eyebrow which worsened my vision. I have partly sighted now, but cann't read and write.
