Dear All

What is the procedure to avail Bus Pass for Handicapped person in Karnataka.
How much time will it take to get a Concessional Bus Pass.
What is the Distance Limit for travel.

KSRTC having bus pass concession to disabled people around 100 KMs limits by paying Rs.375/- for one year, earlier there have a unlimited bus pass has been insisted, i am surprised what reason free bus pass has been withdrawn. If you need bus pass for disabled please get prescribed format for bus pass at KSRTC office itself and submit them with medical certificates and a Demand Draft for the requisite fees.

Dear Sir

I have enquired at KSRTC Hubli Office. They asked me to contact Social Welfare Office and submit form there. They also told that it will take around 6 months to 1 year to get concessional pass. Further they also told that, Concessional Pass will be issued only in the month of April.
Kindly guide me whom to contact for immediate action and availing Buss pass immediately.

First you have to get prescribed application format for disabled bus pass, it also reports that once in a year they collecting application forms by calling advertisements in news papers. However you should contact social welfare officer or child development officer in your area.
