This is Deepak Kumar. Scored Centum in Maths in 10th std, and Centum in Chemistry in +2. Just missed Medical seat by few marks. Joined REC, Jamshepur BE Mechanical. During 10th Std. I had lost vision for a day and regained. I was diagonized with Optic Neuritis there is no cure as of now.

I had vision problem but can manage reading and writing. In 2000, in a Bus Accident I had cut near eyebrow which worsened my vision. I have partly sighted now, but cann't read and write.

I have an enquiry that I have been working in PUNJAB STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD, PATIALA(PUNJAB) for the last thirteen years. In my carear I have not got any promotion. Is there any provision for Promotion by law for handicapped.
